On March 12, 2014 at approximately 1415 hours, Te’Mon Molley age 18 of Pleasantville, NJ, was at the Township of Hamilton Municipal Court to appear before the Honorable Municipal Court Judge Switzer. Officers at court detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from Molley and two of his accomplices. A subsequent investigation, unrelated to Molley’s original court matter, was conducted by the officers. The investigation revealed Molley was in possession of 43 bags of heroin and over $400 in cash. The drugs and cash were seized by the police. Molley was charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of heroin with the intent to distribute. Molley was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $15, 000 cash bail. Molley’s two accomplices were released with no charges.
