On 9/25/14 at approximately 1501 hours, the Hamilton Township Police Department responded to the Black Horse Pike at Wrangleboro Road for a motor vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that Gregory J. Stalworth, 55 year old male of Mays Landing, was operating his white 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche eastbound on the Black Horse Pike approaching the Wrangleboro Road intersection. Donna Eisenlohr, 59 year old female from Egg Harbor Township, was operating her blue 2012 Honda Accord. Eisenlohr was stationary in the jughandle waiting to cross over the Black Horse Pike and proceed onto Wrangleboro Road northbound. Stalworth received a red traffic signal and attempted to stop. Eisenlohr received a green traffic signal and proceeded northbound into the intersection. Stalworth attempted to stop but slid into the intersection and struck Eisenlohr on the driver's side.
Stalworth sustained no injuries. Eisenlohr was extracted from her vehicle and was then transported, via ambulance, to Atlantic City Medical Center - City Division for possible chest and shoulder injuries. Any charges are pending further investigation of the incident.
Assisting at the scene were the Hamilton Township Rescue Squad, Paramedics, the Cologne and Laureldale Fire Companies, and the Atlantic County Sheriff's Office.
