Extra-Duty Ordinance

 

Describes the procedure to utilize Township police for outside employment.

 

 

Extra-Duty Employment Agreement

 

Application to agree to the conditions of extra-duty employment which must be received ten (10) days prior to the event.

EXTRA-DUTY Indemnification Form

 

Required form to hold harmless the Township of Hamilton against any claims that may arise from the extra-duty event.
